UX/UI Designer

**The POSITION | About YOU**: We are looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer who will manage and handle the entire UI/UX dimension of our FinTech platforms and products. As a member of our product team, you will be working closely with product managers and business analysts, as well as with development and testing teams. A genuine interest, relevant product experience and understanding in digital KYC, bank/telecom payment products/interfaces and/or mobile payment Apps would be an advantage.

Finologee is based in Leudelange with a staff of 38 and holds a ‘Support PFS’ licence, under the supervision of the financial services regulator CSSF.

**With us you will**:

- Analyse and **challenge the user experience**, user journeys as well as product and customer requirements that our product management team comes up with
- Translate the product **vision into mock-ups and prototypes **and maintain those mock-ups and product interface templates over time
- Coordinate and carry out user interface design jobs based on pre-defined UX and concept definitions, **create original graphic designs and layouts**, as well as icons, navigation buttons, forms, tables, menus, tabs and other components
- Develop and maintain our **UI kits and design system**:

- **Be creative and curious** - define and design new features and improve existing ones - work closely with product managers and developers to identify the best and most efficient way to solve customer problems and address their needs

**What we expect from you**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B software product design and business modelling for the financial industry, preferably in digital finance, or alternatively in other digital B2B product/SaaS contexts
- The ability to soundly analyze and draw the right conclusions with regards to digital improvement potential and related business opportunities when aiming at enhancing the daily work reality and processes of financial industry professionals and their clients/suppliers
- Languages**:good command of English** - French would be a true advantage - and solid **writing skills**:

- Education**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or other**:
