**Cloudification Program Manager**

**Overview**:
As a Cloudification Program Manager in our public administration context, you will play a pivotal role in leading the transformation of Information Systems hosted on legacy datacenter technologies to modern cloud services. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams organized into squads and chapters, working within an agile methodology. The primary focus is on delivering efficient and scalable cloud hosting services to external entities. **Responsibilities**:
**1. Program Leadership**:

- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end cloudification program, ensuring alignment with
- organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish and communicate a clear vision for the cloudification initiative, driving enthusiasm and commitment across teams.

**2. Team and Stakeholder Management**:

- Manage squads and chapters dedicated to cloudification projects, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
- Engage with external entities (customers) to understand their requirements and expectations for cloud hosting services.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and external customers to ensure a seamless cloud transition.

**3. Agile Methodology**:

- Implement and champion agile methodologies, overseeing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure efficient project execution.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and adaptation within the
- program.

**4. Cloud Strategy and Roadmap**:

- Develop and refine the cloudification strategy, considering industry best practices, security requirements, and scalability.
- Establish and communicate a comprehensive roadmap for the cloudification program,
- incorporating phased migrations and continuous service improvements.

**5. Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with cloudification projects and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards throughout the cloud transition process.

**6. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future plans.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to cloudification projects, ensuring
- knowledge transfer and smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud
- migration projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
- Experience in public administration or government projects is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly in AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex
- organizational structures.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Requirements:

- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European
- language is a plus.
- Must fulfil the requirements to obtain an EU security clearance
