As a result of the continuous increase of our activities, we are currently looking for a**:Treasury Officer**

Based in Hamm

**Your role**:
As part of the Finance team and reporting to the Accounting Manager, your main mission will be to monitor treasury operations of Arendt Luxembourg based entities (Arendt & Medernach, Arendt Regulatory and Consulting, Mobilu) and foreign offices (New York, London, Hong Kong, Paris).

In this context, your role will mainly be to:

- Draw-up and follow-up cash forecasts (short and mid-term);
- Perform daily cash reconciliation in cooperation with the cash accountant;
- Report on cash balances to the management (daily, weekly and monthly cash reports);
- Generate and follow-up payments (suppliers, administrations, miscellaneous);
- Manage the daily relationship with banks;
- Negotiate and manage our financial lease agreements as well as short term credit facilities;
- Develop and capitalize on existing tools to strengthen the cash management within the Group;
- Identify areas of improvements and implement corrective actions.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent;
- You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the area of Finance;
- You are rigorous, organised and detail oriented in order to deliver quality work in a timely manner;
- You have a good understanding of ERP (in general) and an excellent command of Microsoft products, in particular Excel. A first experience with a TMS is a plus;
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
