Your responsibilities_**
- **_Your daily tasks_**
- Helping issue and collect day passes
- Validating parking tickets for lux-Airport's commercial partners, at the request of management
- Answering passenger calls and handling requests for assistance
- Assisting in the collection of lost and found items and count them according to defined procedures
- Assisting in providing and collecting customer complaint forms
- **_Your other missions_**
- Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving by behaving responsibly.
- Strictly respecting the confidentiality of data processed within the framework of the missions entrusted to the student, as well as discretion regarding all information, exchanges or situations to which he/she may have access during his/her contract.

The required profile_**
- Studies / training_
- High school diploma- Skills and knowledge required_

- Mandatory:_

Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word
- **_Languages_**

Mandatory:

- French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- English: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)
- German: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)
- Luxembourgish: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)
- **_Requirements for student jobs at lux-Airport:_**
- Being between 18 and 25 years old;
- Being a student in a school or academic program (in Luxembourg or the Greater Region)
- **_Other_**:

- Valid permanent B driving licence

Note on the contract_**:

Contract: 1-month** student contract
- from Wednesday 16/07/2025 to Thursday 14/08/2025
- or from Friday 15/08/2025 to Friday 12/09/2025
- ** Work schedule**:5 working days, office hours
- ** Work location**:100% of tasks performed behind a welcome desk
