Your tasks:
- Study additive manufacturing technologies to understand the principles, capabilities, and limitations of relevant equipment-
- Define and document process parameters to ensure repeatability and reproducibility of prototype production- Develop and implement testing protocols to validate the mechanical, dimensional, and thermal performance of prototype inserts before production use- Characterize prototype performance boundaries by conducting controlled experiments to identify design, material, and process limitations

Your profile:
- Being registered in Material / Polymer / Mechanical Engineer at ACAM / RWTH Aachen University- Being open to a 6 month - 1 year internship- Being highly motivated and autonomous
