**FundPartner Solutions** provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. Theglobal team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as riskcompliance and investment management services.
You will be a member of the **Quality Control & Mobile team**, reporting to the head of the team. In this roleyou will work on quality-control-related activities for the three teams (FA, TA and PETAL) and occasionally helpthe production teams during peak periods.
**Start date: ASAP**
**Duration: 12 months**
**Employment rate: Full time or Part-time (80% - 1 school day per week)**
**Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school**
**Your role**:
You will assist our Quality Control & Mobile team for the fund operation processes:
- Support operational teams in their daily tasks
- Identifying areas of improvement in terms of the process and control framework
- Contributing to the implementation of key quality control deliverables such as KPIs and theprocedure framework review
- Contributing to any other transversal project aimed at improving service delivery
**Your profile**:
- Knowledge in fund operations
- Experience in process and data analysis
- Flexibility and agility
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Spoken fluency in English and French
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
