**Opportunity**: We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Compliance and Finance team in Luxembourg for a 6 month, full-time internship during the summer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operations of a venture capital fund, with exposure to fund administration, reporting, compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to gain exposure to the venture capital industry within the web 3.0 space and contribute to our firm's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and reports for the fund.
- Supporting the finance team with the day-to-day management of the fund's cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborating with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Supporting the AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for new investments, portfolio companies, and investors.
- Assisting in the preparation of regulatory filings, and other compliance-related documents.
- Conducting research on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates relevant to the venture capital space.
- Participating in meetings with internal teams, service providers, and external partners to learn about various aspects of fund operations.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the Compliance and Finance team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- A passion for and evidence of technical knowledge of the technologies underpinning the Open Economy like blockchain, cryptocurrency and DeFi
- Strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in venture capital, private equity, or financial services.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
- Team player, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills (High EQ and IQ).
