RTL Group recruits an International Tax Manager for Bertelsmann Business Support S.à r.l. based in Luxembourg

**Your role**:

- Provide direct and indirect tax advice to all Bertelsmann business units including RTL Group (the “Group”) in certain countries in line with Group tax policy
- Liaison with external tax advisers in relation to ad-hoc matters and control of tax compliance for Group entities
- Calculation of income tax provisions and reconciliation of Group tax rate for quarterly reporting purposes under local GAAP and IFRS
- Maintain overview and reporting on tax KPl's, tax cashflow, tax compliance status, tax risks.
- Support in liaising with tax authorities and reviewing tax assessment notices
- Support the SVP International Tax based in Luxembourg in special projects such as intra-group restructuring, assist in the assessment of operational implications and providing practical advice
- Support the SVP International Tax based in Luxembourg in respect of diversified tax projects including the preparation of tax position papers for internal and external documentation of significant transactions for Bertelsmann and RTL business units

**Your profile**:

- University degree in business administration or law with a tax specialization or similar qualification.
- At least four years of experience
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; French and German language is an advantage.
- Strong IT skills and willingness to develop those in respect of tax returns and tax reporting
- Able to work autonomously and pro-actively being at the same time a team player in the Group's international tax team
- Able to manage multiple work streams in parallel against deadlines.
