We are seeking an
**Audit Learning Specialist **.
Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success. Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.
What you will be working on:
The Learning Specialist contributes to the development of KPMG Luxembourg's annual Audit training programs and learning services based on the development strategy and agreed together with the Audit Talent Business Partner, the Learning & Development Business Partner, and the Business.
- You will work closely with the Learning & Development Business Partner, Training officer and internal teams to monitor the program to ensure delivery on time.
- You will manage all communications related to training and development.
- You will maximize the use of available tools and programs to drive best practices and enhance the user experience.
In collaboration with the Learning Digital solution designer, you will identify learning and development needs which could be translated into a digital format and make recommendations (e-learning, virtual classroom...).
- You will seek feedback from participants & summarize it to key stakeholders and support instructors to ensure they are briefed and prepared to deliver their program/sessions.
- You will build and maintain relationships with key business contacts and stakeholders locally and globally, supporting successful delivery of learning programs by sourcing and supporting appropriate (external and internal) instructors ensuring they are briefed and prepared to deliver their program/sessions.
What we look for:
- You hold a bachelor/master's degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, economics, event management etc.
- You have a previous experience in Learning and Development. Experience in Audit is an Asset.
- You are curious, able to innovate and pragmatic to achieve results.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are well organized and have strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of a Learning Management Systems and digital learning technologies is an asset.
- English is required, any additional language would be considered as an advantage.
