Located conveniently close to Luxembourg City, our client, a boutique **service provider**, is in search of a skilled Corporate Officer to enhance their dedicated team. This company, comprising **about 25 employees**.The role offers a high degree of **flexibility** and the chance to engage in a variety of tasks, fostering **rapid skill development**. **Corporate Officer : The Function**

- You will assist with the onboarding of companies and establishing their corporate structures.
- Overseeing day-to-day management activities related to these companies.
- Coordinating and managing board meetings, general meetings, and drafting various corporate legal documents, such as Annual General Meeting (AGM) documents, Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents, Articles of Association (AoA), liquidation deeds, shareholders' agreements, and more.
- Communicating with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities.
- Preparing necessary bank documentation, including bank account opening forms, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and due diligence processes.
**Corporate Officer : Your Profile**
- You hold a strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- At least **3 years** **of professional experience** in a similar role in Luxembourg is mandatory for this position
- Fluent in **German** with a strong knowledge of **French** (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- You are described as an organized person and methodical approach
