They have been established in Luxembourg for more than 15 years now and have also been present in a neighboring country for over 20 years.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Finance - Family office - Accountant - Financial vehicles - Accountancy**
- You will be responsible for the accounting of **Soparfis and holding** companies.
- You will be asked to **prepare** and **review** annual accounts, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- You will prepare **VAT** and **tax returns**, while also ensuring that all related deadlines and obligations are met.
- You will **liaise** with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial reporting and compliance processes.
- You will have the opportunity to **participate** in various projects, contributing to the efficiency and development of the accounting function.

- You have at least **5 years** of experience as an accountant within a Family Office, investment firm, PFS or fiduciary in Luxembourg, which will allow you to already be familiar with your responsibilities.
- To ensure excellent communication with third parties and colleagues, you are fluent in **Dutch**.
- To be efficient in this position, you are **organized** and **proactive**, qualities that are also essential to meet deadlines.
- Having a certain **stability** in your career path will be a strong asset given the long-term perspectives offered by the company.
