Head of Epo/ams Digital&it

**Perimeter of influence**:
Business Stakeholders & key users, ArcelorMittal Procurement IT Team. Contact with Transversal IT team, External IT partners.

**Purpose/mission of the role**:
The Head of EPO&AMS will integrate and manage the DIT Procurement IT team responsible for all IT tools used by the EPO and AMS (ArcelorMittal Sourcing) business users.

**Within this team she/he will be key actor to support and lead following responsibilities**:

- Management of business stakeholders relationships;
- Support the business to define their needs and transform into evolutions and projects;
- Management of IT customer relationship and demand;
- Management of IT budget;
- Management of the vendors;
- Management of the compliance (SOX and ISO);

**Key accountabilities**:

- Advise the business process owners in defining the directions of the operating model and the business process engineering
- Support the business in its plans for business transformation, integration and growth by providing strategic directions for IT systems that will support the business in its future operating model
- Anticipate business evolutions, and so, beyond the necessary alignment of IT solutions with the business, take care of standardisation, integration, scalability and flexibility of these solutions, in order to facilitate future IT evolutions required by business changes (organisation, processes)
- Lead, develop and motivate the IT team, ensuring that the resources and organisation structure are optimal to deliver according to the plan
- Prepare annual budgets inline with business expectations and IT strategy, monitor spend during the year (actual vs budget) and prepare MRF
- Manage the portfolio of IT projects
- Monitor service level of the team and pro-actively provide steering to IT team and/or manage Customer expectations
- Work with Operations and other software development specialists
- Periodic reporting of the progress and status of different operational and evolution projects

**Key business relationships**:
EPO and AMS business process owners, business key users, IT delivery team, management of external partners

- Has the ability to lead and collaborate in a complex and federated organisational structure, within a multilingual and transversal environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and be seen as a true peer by senior business colleagues and IT executives.

- Relevant experience in a similar function of interface between Business & IT delivery organisation ( 3-5 Years ).
- Solution knowledge and expertise on SAP/Ariba/Ivalua in the area of procurement solutions.
- Business knowledge on procurement processes.

**Experience Requirements**:

- IT Project Management - 3 years min in the area of SAP/Ivalua/Ariba
- Execution (SAP ERP Solution)
- Ability to understand the various business models, dynamics, trends and global/local requirements Experience in managing external partners (onsite & offshore)
