Job summary
The role will be based in Luxembourg and will include frequent travel to locations within EU.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage all construction cost aspects of a pan-EU specialist logistics building program
- Maintain a building cost database to track live project costs
- Help to develop a cost management solution for all building types linked to BIM
- Provide centralised cost support to project teams negotiating change orders
- Organise and lead regular reviews of project risks and opportunities to minimise out-turn cost through Value Engineering and cost avoidance
A day in the life
A day in the life of this role will be meeting with teams who wish to implement a new change, develop the cost/benefit analysis and then create the road map for implementing the change (when it is approved) to all the live projects who can accept the change. You will also work closely with our internal design team and other cost managers in our team to include the change into future generations of projects.

- Master’s degree in Construction Cost Management or Finance
- Leader in change management and cost tracking
