Stibbe’s Luxembourg office, located in the heart of the financial district, focuses on offering premium legal services in the fields of corporate law, banking and finance law, tax law, real estate and construction law, information technology, investment funds, and asset management. With around 60 people - lawyers and staff - we provide our clients with the highest quality service, comprising legal advice and representation. Job description
- As a member of our Corporate and M&A team in Luxembourg, you will work in a wide range of legal areas, including mergers & acquisitions of listed or private companies, securities law and governance issues, disposals and corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, takeover defences and venture-capital transactions.

As part of a young, dynamic and growing team, you will:

- work with many different people on diversified and high-level cases and Corporate and M&A transactions. You will handle these files and projects independently;
- assist different clients on large, national, and international projects with fellow associates and partners from our various practice areas within the Benelux offices;
- manage these transactions with the assistance of a more senior associate or partner, depending on experience.
- You have a European law degree, ideally completed with a Master or a post-graduate degree from an EU university (LL.M.). Relevant legal experience of 2 to 4 years is welcome, preferably in a Luxembourg law firm.
- You are member of a European bar or envisage a European bar registration (preferably Luxembourg bar), and are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken). German would be a plus.
- You are focused on client relationship and high-quality advice, and have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
