The Finance department is responsible for the corporate accounting, reporting and payment transactions of DWS Investment SA and DB Vita SA in Luxembourg. This includes the day-to-day business of a major asset management company as well as reporting obligations to the regulator and the DWS and Deutsche Bank Group, in addition to internal control processes and project work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creation of booking masks, account reconciliations, payment transactions and related bookings.
- Assistance with the preparation of the monthly company reporting
- Support with seed investments: Determination of holding ratios, preparation of buy/sell orders, analysis of fund volumes, etc.
- Reconciliation of the net asset values with fund managers and depositories
- Support with intragroup settlements e.g. transfer pricing
- Supporting our department in the day-today business and collaborating with other divisions

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of German and English are required
- Very good organisation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadline
- Very good analytical and MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently
- Student (Bachelor or Master) in the field of
economics or mathematics
