Für unser Team Traditional Investment Funds innerhalb der Abteilung Depositary Controls suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Specialist (m/w/d) Depositary Controls

DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET
- Administrative Betreuung von Depotbank-Mandaten und eigenständige Abstimmung mit Projektpartnern
- Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung von Kontrollprozessen zur Erfüllung der regulatorischen Anforderungen für luxemburgische und deutsche OGAW/Wertpapier-AIF
- Begleitung von Produkteinführungen (u.a. digitale bzw. auf Blockchain basierende Vermögensgegenstände), Migrationen, Fusionen und damit zusammenhängenden Prozessabstimmungen im Bereich traditioneller sowie Investmentfonds mit Investmentschwerpunkt auf „Digital Assets“
- Durchführung der Depotbankkontrollen (Kontrolle des Nettoinventarwertes, ex-post Anlagegrenzprüfung etc.)
- Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung zur Überwachung und Minimierung von Compliance-Risiken

DEIN PROFIL
- Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Bank
- / Finanzbereich/Wirtschaftsrecht und/oder mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossene Bankausbildung, Investmentfondsausbildung
- Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen im Depotbankgeschäft oder in der Investmentfondsverwaltung oder alternativ bei einer renommierten Prüfungsgesellschaft gesammelt
- Kenntnisse des Fondsbuchhaltung
- und Anlagegrenzprüfungssystems XENTIS sind von Vorteil
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägtes Kommunikations
- und Überzeugungsvermögen
