**Job Description**:
We have an excellent opportunity to join our Luxembourg HR team of 10 You will be responsible for a wide and varied range of Human Resource activities with ownership for day-to-day operations and a key role in managing employee relations.** We are looking for a 6 months full-time internship or 1 year part-time internship.**

You will manage the HR Ops processes including “Joiners / Leavers / Movers”, promotion, leaves & absences, ensuring the data quality and systems update. You will provide first line advice to our employees on all areas relating to the employment life cycle.

You will need to be tech savvy and a fast learner as much of the work will be on our HR system.

Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can prioritize your day. Strong communication skills is must have to build relationships across the business.

You will have the opportunity to improve your language skills as you will be working with people from different countries.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently a student in Business Administration (or similar), specialized in Human Resources
- Affinity for and proven interest in Human Resources
- Internship agreement
- Structured and well organized with strong skills in coordination
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Good inter-personal skills and strong command of English and French (any additional language would be considered an asset
