We are looking for a talented Pricing Analyst for the packaging market as part of the Commercial Performance & Pricing team within CMO Auto, Packaging and Electrical Steels. Your role will consist in developing and steering all pricing related activities for packaging. You will be exposed to a wide number of teams on this role as you will have to liaise with sales directors, marketing, R&D, IT and even CMO himself. Your missions will include:

- Price digitalization
- Price console project:

- Construction and implementation of new pricing tool defining all price related interactions for the future of the business
- Tableau reporting linked to the console
- Taking advantage of new pricing tools to develop further automated intelligence in our analysis and therefore strategic input
- Preparation of necessary data to allow systems evolution: Price lists, SAP contracts
- Strategic pricing
- Deep analysis of historical and current prices (base, extras, deviations) in a matrix shape per product, customer, segment, country, channel, etc to identify the key levers that allow to increase value creation through price differentiation and will support the set-up of a smart pricing model
- Steer extra price regular reviews and updates based on market inputs and internal performance data. Coordinate the new extras definition together with R&D and Sales directors
- Track and build intelligence around competitors pricing
- Operational pricing
- Support RFQ pricing centralization
- Support price negotiations
- Support Sales teams with specific analysis for answering strategic RFQ (cost,)

Education
- Business School / Master in Business Administration or Mathematics / Engineering fields

**Skills**:

- 3/5 years of experience preferred in Finance, Purchasing, Commercial, Pricing
- Strong analytical and data-driven mind
- Proficient with Excel, knowledge of Tableau appreciated
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of any other European language considered an asset
- Proactive and ability to make recommendations / proposals
- Good interpersonal skills - ability to create links with people from across Europe and across different fields (commercial / IT / technical / marketing etc)
- Very good sense of prioritization
- Enthusiastic and dynamic personality
