**_CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Service Manager, to join a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg._**

**Your Missions**
- You will perform and **document reviews**:

- You will process and **report/present data**:

- You will review the main activities**:monitoring, service level reviews, process reviews, operational reports, security reviews (compliancy, documentation review, operations review, extended working hours review, monthly/quarterly/yearly report reviews)**

oReview of reports: operational reports, status reports, monthly and yearly reports

oReview of documents: operational documentation, agreements, project documentation

oReview of operations: follow up on operational and management meetings of several teams and domains
- You will be in charge of **meeting follow up**: unit meetings, weekly operations-meetings, weekly change board, project management board, portfolio meeting, security
- You will follow up on projects
- You will plan **yearly timelines** and **unit objectives**, build transversal services approach and goals, security policies and guidelines compliancy
- You will improve **maturity level** : CMMI based

**Your profile**
- You hold a **Master’s degree**:

- You are experienced and have already worked in a **similar position for at least 10 years**:

- You are familiar with **Datacenter activities, Datacenter Security Basics**:

- You have a background in **VMware, Windows, Linux, Cloud** environments
- You have a good knowledge of **Monitoring Tools** and **Backup** and **Restore p**rinciples
- You are familiar with **Webtools and Inhouse web-builds**:

- You are **ITIL** certified (V4 preferred)
- You are **PMP/Prince2** certified
- You are a **team player** who likes to work in an international environment
