Get in touch if you are looking to join a purpose-driven, international team that revolutionizes an old-fashioned industry Together Let’s Rewild Retail **The Team**: We are looking for a** Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer** to join the **"Platform" **squad and to be part of an enabling team offering services to every team at Ankorstore **Main responsibilities**: - Work with a modern tool stack, including Kubernetes, Istio as ServiceMesh and FluxCD as GitOps Engine - Automate almost everything to reduce ongoing toil and focus on what matters - Follow SRE best practices and tooling - Collaborate with product teams to help them tackle technical issues and design new systems - Improve system scalability - Improve system observability and alerting You will have the opportunity to own availability and performance of critical services, and build automation to prevent problem recurrence and decrease engineers lead time. Moreover, you’ll be part of a skilled team that works collaboratively while being completely remote. Ankorstore tech stack: - Front-end: Vue.js, Typescript, Vuex, sass, webpack - Back-end: Golang, PHP 8.1, Laravel 9 - Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Istio, Envoy, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch,... - Tools: Github, CircleCI, LGTM-Stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir), Sentry, Notion **Requirements**: - At least 5 years of professional experience minimum - Being proficient with Kubernetes and Cloud environments (preferably GCP) - Think outside the box when solving problems - Ability to code, preferably in Golang (we’re having e.g. some Kubernetes Operators) - Ability to trace down a problem that’s nested **_somewhere_** in our stack - Working knowledge of Cloud deployments (GCP) and Container/Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Other skills that would add value: - Advanced experienced with GCP skills **Benefits/Perks**: At Ankorstore, our goal is to empower YOU by providing the flexibility to make the best choices for yourself, allowing you to concentrate on what you LOVE both in your professional and personal life. - We have partnered with Ben a modern and flexible benefits platform that will allow you to personalize your benefits.
