Today ClearSpace has assembled an expert engineering team and is leading the way toward sustainable space operations. We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team.
From our office in Switzerland, we now operate across Europe and the US, and are working with world-leading institutions and companies to bring our dream of a sustainable space ecosystem to life.

**The Role**:
**Required Experience**:
- 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in aerospace or a related industry, experience in automotive field would be a plus.
- Proven track record in managing complex contracts and negotiations.
- Knowledge of subcontractor agreement negotiations and familiarity with PPP, institutional, and private client contracts.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, including GDPR and NDA.
- Familiarity with intellectual property matters, such as patents and trademarks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
**Desired Experience**
- Experience in space industry and in the automotive a plus
- Understanding of export control regulations.
- Experience in occupations with an increasing workload or responsibility rate.
**Desired Education**
- Qualified lawyer
