**Project Coordinator - AI Factory (M/F)**:
**_ Permanent contract, full-time, Ref.: PCAI_**

In line with the European High-Performance Computing Joint Undertaking's initiative, Luxembourg has been selected to host one of the first European AI Factories. This strategic project aims to solidify Luxembourg's position as a European leader in artificial intelligence. The AI Factory is designed to address critical challenges faced by AI users in strategic sectors such as finance, space, cybersecurity, and the green economy. It offers rapid onboarding and personalised support for all enterprises, especially startups and SMEs. At its core is MeluXina-AI, an AI-optimised supercomputer that delivers unparalleled computing, data, and connectivity capabilities

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Project management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the project, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the AI Factory and are delivered on time and within budget. Track progress against KPIs and propose adjustment of the activities as needed to stay on schedule and within scope. Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure quality control on technical deliverables.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and consortium partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource allocation: Coordinate with the MeluXina-AI supercomputer operations team to monitor optimal utilisation of computing resources for various AI projects, and with the other project member organisations to monitor the progress of the project’s KPIs.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Internal and external reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, outcomes, and insights for stakeholders and senior management and oversee the reporting to the European Commission.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master’s degree in project management, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience in EU-funded projects in the digital sector will be essential. Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AGILE) is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the technology or innovation sectors, and in a European context. Experience with AI or high-performance computing projects is desirable.
- Familiarity with digital solutions, AI concepts, tools, and technologies. Understanding of high-performance computing environments is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and interdisciplinary team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter attitude with the initiative to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
- Capacity to navigate challenges and maintain composure under pressure.
