**Internship Overview**
- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Marketing and Business Development team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting digital campaigns, offline events (tradeshows), and various marketing initiatives. The intern will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and events, contributing to the team's success.

**Responsibilities**

**Digital Campaign Support**
- Contribute to content creation of visual and written assets for all marketing materials
- Assist in managing end-to-end (E2E) digital campaigns, including translation of marketing assets and coordination with publication channels.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and publication of campaign materials.
- Monitor and follow-up on campaign performance, gathering key metrics and insights for reporting.

**Event Management**
- Provide support in the preparation and execution of offline events, including tradeshows and exhibitions.
- Manage event-related content, such as presentations and booth materials.
- Coordinate logistics and assist in ensuring all event materials are ready and delivered on time.

**Marketing Support**
- Work closely with the Content and Campaign Manager and Regional Marketing Manager to support ongoing projects.
- Assist in maintaining and updating marketing materials.
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and ensure good collaboration with external vendors (3rd party publications, agencies, marketing material suppliers, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Studies, Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.
- Open-minded with strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally. The ability to work cross-functionally is essential.

**Internship Duration**: Minimum of 6 months
