ARHS Developments is looking for a **Delivery Manager (M/F)**

**As a Technical Lead, you will**:

- Improve the tools and architecture
- Ensure the quality
- Work with a team of 3 to 6 developers
- Follow Agile/Scrum best practices
- Design user stories and specifications
- Exchange with customers about design, architecture and specifications
- Assist the delivery manager/project director

**Qualifications**:

- Good understanding of kubernetes and all it's basic features

Experience in leading mid size development teams (From a technical perspective): Developing blueprints which are respecting architectural design patterns and providing them to the development team
- Developing blueprints which are respecting architectural design patterns and providing them to the development team
- Ensuring the code quality
- Ensuring documentation quality and development efficiency
- Providing transparent status information to the project management
- Teaching and supporting the development team
- Contributing to architectural concepts
- Contributing to the test strategy

**Should know**:

- Common microservice architecture patterns like CQRS, EventSourcing
- Istio
- Kafka
- Jenkins
- ElasticSearch
