**German Speaking Tax Manager - Create Your Own Team**

**Your Responsibilities**|** Finance - Tax - Fiduciary - Accounting - Accounting firm - VAT**
- You will be in charge of your own portfolio, composed essentially of **financial vehicles (Soparfis, Holdings in PE/RE).**
- You will contribute to your **team’s creation** and **development**, including the recruitment process.
- You will **analyze** and improve internal processes.
- You will be **reviewing** your team members’ work.
- You will ensure certain **trainings**.
- You will have a key responsibility in **business development**, meaning participating in events and maintaining direct contact with clients.
**Profile and Career Path**|** Finance - Tax - Fiduciary - Accounting - Accounting firm - VAT**
- You have **at least 5 years** of experience within a similar environment such as a PFS, fiduciary, or Big 4.
- You are fluent in **English** and **German**. This will be essential to communicate efficiently with clients and collaborators.
- You are **dynamic** and wish to contribute significantly to the development of your future environment.
- You are someone **easy to talk** to and who appreciates **guiding** people in their career development and success.
