01 | Company description

Hash Consulting is a marketing agency specializing in blockchain-related products. Founded in 2019, we provide various services to brands and companies interested in Web 3.0 and its opportunities. We operate in four spheres: communication, global strategy, corporate training, and advisory.

As our activities are expanding, we are hiring a Media Planner who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our agency. The primary responsibility will be to manage communication strategies and campaigns for our portfolio of clients while ensuring follow-ups are maintained and regularly updated.

02 | Missions
- Operational and front-end tasks.
- Origination
- Prepare client meetings
- Analyse and understand products and initiatives
- Draft campaign proposals tailored to our client’s needs
- Execution
- Setup client materials, marketing tools, and features tailored to the client’s needs
- Organize client interviews, events, and content publishing with KOLs and media
- Analyze campaign performance and produce and present reports to clients

Day-to-day
- Stay updated with crypto’s ever-moving market
- Negotiate deals with partners for long-lasting relationships
- Bring new initiatives and processes
- **You ideally graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in communications or digital marketing, or your general experience is enough to make anyone forget its absence.**:

- **You are fluent in English and French (oral and written).**:

- BONUS POINT: If you are fluent in another language
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are good at planning, preparing, and executing a thousand different tasks side by side, and you push it all through.
