**_ Chief Risk & Compliance - Your Role :_**

We are seeking a **Chief** **Risk and Compliance **with over **6 years of experience**, preferably with a background in a law firm. This role involves:

- ** Policy Interpretation and Training**:

- Acting as the local expert on regulatory frameworks (AML-CTF, international sanctions, GDPR, DAC6, etc.).
- Implementing and monitoring compliance with regulations.
- Conducting training to foster a risk-aware culture within the firm.
- ** Supervision**:

- Leading a team of one in-house lawyer and three risk and compliance analysts.
- Ensuring the efficient handling of client file procedures and compliance with internal and external policies.
- ** Strategic Advice**:

- Offering strategic guidance on risk management to senior management.
- Assisting in key projects by providing risk insights and updating the firm's risk register.

**_Chief Risk & Compliance - Your Profile:_**
- _ Over _**_6_**_ years_**_ of experience in a _**_law firm_**_, with a transition into risk and compliance._
- _ Strong expertise in regulatory frameworks such as _**_AML, GDPR_**_, DAC6, and international sanctions._
- **_ Bachelor and/or Master in Law and a previous experience as an Associate are mandatory_**:

- _ Bilingual in _**_French and English_**_ (required)._
- _ Ability to supervise a team, offer strategic advice, and maintain internal policies._
- _ Excellent communication and leadership skills._
