The company in Luxembourg is licensed by the CSSF as a specialised professional of the financial sector ("PFS") and delivers services in Corporate and Fund Administration to Alternative Investment Fund. Job description Prepare/review accounting books Participate (as preparer/reviewer) to the process related NAV Calculations Prepare/review statutory, investor's and regulatory reporting Ensure the production of all accounting deliverables and audits Provide technical support for domiciled entities' operations, including acquisition, structuring, tax aspects, creation of new entities and ensure transaction closing is achieved as planned Provide operational support for the setup of new structures including working with internal and external stakeholders Provide support to the Fund Accounting Team and others as required in the wider team to ensure that business objectives are met Provide supervision to junior members of the team and contribute to the overall Management of the department, including supporting management with achieving strategic objectives Build, maintain and develop good working relationships between the team and its internal and external stakeholders Your experience You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in accounting You have mínimal 4 years' experience in the financial sector in a similar position You have experience with financial companies, private equity and real estate funds. The knowledge of funds is a plus You are fluent in English, French is a plus; You have a knowledge of LuxGaap and Luxembourg tax framework Knowledge in USGAAP and IFRS is a strong asset
