**About Our Digital Transformation**:
We are building a connected, intelligent, and scalable ecosystem using the full breadth of Microsoft’s technology stack: Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and the Modern Workplace suite. Our approach is deeply rooted in leveraging AI—not just for automation, but to help us shift from reactive operations to a prescriptive way of working. We want data to tell us what needs to be done before problems arise. This means embedding live monitoring, IoT integration, and near real-time insights directly into how we operate. The Digital Factory plays a central role in making this real—balancing agile delivery with scalable architecture, and blending quick wins with long-term change across our group.
As part of this transformation, we are building a new in-house product engineering team called _The Foundry_ - “Where digital products are forged” - serving as the hands-on development engine within the Digital Factory.

**Success in This Role**:
Within your first year, you will have delivered at least one core product or module into production, defined and documented technical standards that guide our broader development efforts, and embedded a healthy rhythm of collaboration between our internal and external developers. You will be recognized as the go-to technical leader in the Digital Factory—someone who builds trust through clarity, capability, and delivery.
