**About the role**

As a Content Lead, you will be creating and curating technical and marketing content within the Cloud Edge product department. This includes but is not limited to writing articles, documentation, and blog posts, creating infographics, videos and tutorials (with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers), developing sales materials, and experimenting with new content types.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid technical background and be familiar with the details of IaaS and PaaS services. You should also have excellent writing skills and be able to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you will be creating content for an international audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the owner of the product content plan and track all related activities
- Continuously adapt to and learn the new features and improve on their acumen to identify and report errors in the content
- Analyze the market and generate new content ideas to drive brand awareness and increase revenue
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, copywriters, and other content creators to meet the needs of the product marketing strategy
- Coordinate the work of the internal content team, external contractors, and freelancers
- Make sure that all pieces of content are delivered on time and of the required quality
- Organize content delivery across multiple marketing channels

**Required qualification & skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in managing content across multiple marketing channels
- Technical background: you need to understand what you are writing about and speak to the tech community in the same language (IaaS/PaaS services)
- Solid expertise in creating engaging content to increase revenue and build a strong brand presence
- Project management skills: ability to organise cross-functional teams is required
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Sense of aesthetics and good visual design skills
- Fluent or native-level written English
- Strong attention to details
- Experience in video production would be considered an asset
