**Description**
- Working directly with our clients and potential clients, analyzing and interpreting documents, regulations and procedures relating to our clients’ legal and tax opportunities (KYC, KYT);
- Preparation of all types of legal/corporate documents: board/shareholder minutes, agreements (SPA, IFL, IBL, contribution docs);
- Working closely with accounting colleagues as well as with external parties such as auditors, notaries, law/tax firms and Luxembourg authorities;
- Actively participating in growing and marketing our business;
- Participating as a key member of our team and help maintain our strong reputation as a trusted provider of quality corporate management services;
- Active participation to Board meetings and/or Shareholders meetings;
- Participate in ad-hoc projects (Development of new tools, process improvement, creation of procedure etc...).
**Profile**
- High school diploma or associate degree;
- 3/6 years of relevant work experience in fiduciary/corporate services or in related field;
- Have a real passion for what they do and why they do it;
- Want to succeed, grow, be challenged and challenge others;
- Ability to work well under limited supervision;
- Fluent in English and French, written and spoken. Any additional language is considered an advantage;
- Have strong communication skills and work well in a team;
- Being accurate, flexible, hands-on and deliver their best work when facing a tight deadline;
- Being dynamic, representative, independent and keen to work in a growing environment.
**Offer**
Our client offers a permanent contract in a small company (- 15 people);
Full time but possibility of part time;
Located in the city centre.
