**Chief Compliance Officer - Your role will involve**:
- Managing the relationship with the **CSSF**, auditors, and lawyers while developing professional relationships with key regulatory authorities.
- Maintaining the compliance monitoring program to mitigate operational and legal risks through proactive monitoring.
- Overseeing **AML/CFT** activities to contribute to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing-related criminal activities.
- Monitoring and tracking compliance findings to enhance client and investor confidence through increased transparency.
- Collaborating with internal audit and participating in board meetings to foster a culture of compliance and strong governance within the organization.
- Ensuring compliance of existing policies and procedures by monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements, while implementing regulatory changes to ensure the company remains up-to-date.
**Chief Compliance Officer - To do so, you must**:
- Have a minimum of **6 to 8 years** of professional experience in Luxembourg.
- Have previous experience in managing **UCITS **and **AIF**.
- Have a professional background demonstrating expertise in Compliance.
- Specialized studies in **Compliance** (e.g., a degree in business law, finance, or other relevant fields).
- Have previous experience in a **ManCo** environment.
- ** Fluent in English** is essential, **French **will be considered as an asset.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Private Equity (PE) and Real Estate (RE).
