**Job Description**:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product/service risk management strategies specific to Byborg’s main online services
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address potential risks to Byborg’s main online services
- Coordinate and support KYC/AML and similar procedures and onboarding of partners in Byborg’s services
- Coordinate and assist in integration of new products and services in Byborg’s ecosystem
- Assist product compliance and legal departments in due diligence processes.
- Support legal and product divisions and coordinate the assessment, proposal and implementation of procedures and control systems to mitigate risks to Byborg’s online services
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on product and online services-related legal and compliance matters
- Review internal processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product compliance awareness within cross functional teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to product compliance activities
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
- Proven experience in product compliance and risk assessment matters related to information technology and online services.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks pertaining to the adult entertainment industry (and other high-risk industries) and familiarity with user-generated content platforms and associated legal challenges are a plus.
- Knowledge and good understanding of legal issues related to online marketing activities, privacy and data protection (US & EU) are a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate risks.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
