FGH is now recruiting an Accountant to reinforce its Finance and Accounting teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Various areas in the day-to-day bookkeeping:

- Working cross-system to process postings

- Technical (insurance activity) as well as non-technical (administrative costs) accounting responsibilities and financial (tax, amortization, etc.)

- Liaise with all internal departments

- Assist with month end closing

- Execute accurate data/figures reconciliation between various systems used by the company (accounting and core insurance systems)

- Act as an active support to other team members for all accounting related matters and providing hands-on assistance

**Profile**:

- Recognized qualification in accounting

- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the insurance sector

- Good knowledge of LUX GAAP, and of financial accounting

- Technical accounting within the insurance sector (reserving, calculations, etc.)

- Knowledge of SAP accounting system would be an advantage

- Communication and analytical skills

- hands-on approach and a team player

- Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Excel

- Professional level of English is mandatory. German and/or French are regarded as an advantage
