**Autopolis**, leader dans le secteur de l'automobile, recherche actuellement un Financial Consultant en CDD 12 mois.**:
**Responsabilités**:
Le Financial Consultant est chargé de promouvoir les financements et produits annexes dans les Show-Room, il encourage les Brands et les vendeurs dans l’atteinte des objectifs financement.

Il est le référant Financement, Assurance et produits additionnels Autopolis.

**Désignation des tâches**:

- Support/coacher les vendeurs dans la vente de financements, assurances et produits additionnels
- Suivre les objectifs à travers des KPI
- Suivre les renouvellements de financements ouverts
- Produire des incentives aux vendeurs
- Réfléchir à un moyen de rémunération motivant
- Encadrer les vendeurs dans les démarches de vente des produits
- Encourager les vendeurs
- Fixer des objectifs aux vendeurs en collaboration avec les Brand (objectif ambitieux)
- Promouvoir les produits additionnels (bornes électriques, céramique, kit hiver, garantie + 2ans, etc)
- Réfléchir à des actions commerciales autour des produits et financements
- Assurer les formations aux news vendeurs
- Être la personne de contact des partenaires
- Organiser un benchmark de la concurrence
