We are looking for a **Learning and Development Trainee** to join our company.

As part of the HR department composed of smart & dedicated people like yourself who make an impact on business day to day, you will contribute to the management of the training Department.
**Your challenge**:
- Contribute to the new joiners onboarding:
- Pre-register consultants in advance for all mandatory training
- Participate to the bi-monthly onboarding session, introduce Learning and Development Department and our training partners and catalogue
- Follow up mandatory training and PSF status
- Participate in Group Learning Business Partner meetings:
- Support the local training strategy
- Produce and complete group reporting
- Bring your fresh blood and new ideas
- Contribute to the success of the 24-co-financing project
- Manage daily training needs:
- Analysis consultant/ department training needs and propose the best solution, with the support of external or internal providers, under the supervision of a senior colleague
- Create specific communication to promote group training path
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and other metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
**Your profile**:
- You are speaking French and English;
- Strong passion for learning and development with a desire to grow in the field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities;
- Analytic skills, not afraid of Excel tables & formulas;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Education**: You are pursuing university training (bachelor/master) in a field related to Human Resources.
