Buiness Analyst

**Description**:

- We are recruiting a **Business Analyst** for a **major player in the transportation sector**, actively expanding its activities across **Eastern Europe**. Join a dynamic and growing company where you’ll be part of **strategic deployment projects across 9 countries**, acting as a key point of contact between business, data, and technical teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You’ll play a central role in supporting deployments and analyzing business data to enhance performance across transport and finance operations.
- **Follow up on deployment projects**, acting as the **primary contact** post-implementation.
- Analyze and structure **business and operational data** to optimize transport and financial processes.
- Collaborate closely with **technical teams and system integrators** to ensure successful system integration.
- Actively participate in **transport-related projects** by identifying areas for **process improvement and efficiency**.
- Ensure proper documentation, **user training**, and escalation management with **continuous improvement** in mind.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Master’s degree in Business/Management (HEC).
- **2+ years’ experience** in a Business Analyst or similar data-driven role.
- **Fluent in German and English** to support rollouts in a multilingual context.
- Experience in **project management and post-deployment support**.
- Strong **data analysis** skills and ability to communicate between business and integrators.
- Familiarity with **ticketing systems**, documentation management, and end-user training is a plus.
