Our client, a leading European Commercial Group, is experiencing significant growth and has opened a new **_Accounting Manager_** position in their Luxembourg office. This role is integral to their expansion and offers a unique opportunity to influence their international financial operations.

Job Description:_**
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dedicated Accounting Manager to take on this newly created role within their Luxembourg office.
This strategic position involves leading a team of 4 accounting professionals and working under the authority of the Head of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:_**
Establish and lead a team of accounting professionals.
Manage general accounting operations, including GL, AP, & AR, essential for international growth.
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure adherence to international tax and VAT requirements.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
Develop and enforce internal controls.

Requirements:_**
Degree in accounting, finance, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in an international setting.
Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
Expertise in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
