Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer - Fiduciary - PSF - Funds - AIFM

As an AIF Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring activities over an intricate portfolio of AIFs, mainly active in the Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Private Equity sectors.

Working alongside a Compliance Officer and under the direct supervision of one of the partners at the firm, you will be in charge of performing AML, KYC and KYT due diligence. This includes a focus on the onboarding operations of new clients.

Your role is also to advise clients on Compliance matters and proactively raise awareness on the best way of complying with AIF-specific laws and regulations.

Occasionally, you will offer assistance during AIF’s auditing cycles and maintain legal watch over Luxembourg’s regulatory landscape to guarantee the firm’s compliance.

Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer - Fiduciary - PSF - Funds - AIFM

You possess at least one year of experience in Luxembourg and have had the opportunity to work in similar roles within a fiduciary, a PFS or a ManCo.

You communicate both verbally and in writing in English. Any additional language skills are considered advantageous.

You possess a great understanding of Luxembourg’s regulatory framework (AML, GDPR), and more specifically the sector of AIFs.

Your service-oriented nature and rigorous organisation could make the difference as this role entails, autonomy on daily tasks, as well as team efforts on joint projects.
