Our client, a reputable Management Company (ManCo) located in the heart of Luxembourg City, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fund Accountant with expertise in Private Equity (PE) funds and Funds of Funds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small and close-knit team in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Fund Accounting Expertise**: Manage and oversee the fund accounting process, focusing on Private Equity and Funds of Funds.
- ** Financial Reporting**: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- ** NAV Calculations**: Perform Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for the assigned funds and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- ** Audit Support**: Collaborate with auditors during fund audits and address any inquiries or requests promptly.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure fund operations adhere to all relevant regulations.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with a small and collaborative team, providing support and contributing to the overall success of the department.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund accounting, with a focus on Private Equity and Funds of Funds.
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in German is mandatory; fluency in English is also required.
- ** Qualifications**: Relevant professional qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- ** Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with fund accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- ** Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team environment.
