We are growing As a result, we are hiring an:
**Intendant (M/F)**
**Your role:
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, you will be in charge, for our two buildings (Kirchberg and Hamm) of the following:
- Management of incoming and outgoing internal mail;
- Handling requests addressed to the Reception;
- Distribution of fruits on within the building;
- Maintaining the building and common passageways in a clean and impeccable state;
- Technical assistance (help for the internal technicians during various internal issues);
- Unloading of exceptional deliveries and distribution of parcels;
- Special distributions (greeting cards, boxenmännchen, magazines);
- Internal moving and rearrangement of mobile furniture (lounge, terrace, meeting rooms);
- Driving the shuttle between the two locations if necessary.
**Inventory & replenishment**:
- Stock management, periodic inventory;
- Ensure the replenishment, control and cleanliness of internal meeting rooms;
- Reprography room, coffee corner and lounge (fruits, coffee, sugar, etc.).
**Goods acceptance**:
- Receipt and control of deliveries;
- Reception of parcels;
- Follow-up on distribution of the packages (professional & personal).
**Selective sorting and garbage room:
- Waste management ;
- Control of the waste garbage cans on the floors (label SDK);
- Reporting in case of issues;
- Confidential paper bin (control and provision of additional bins if necessary);
- Folding of cardboard and residual press;
- Evacuation of waste on request by external service providers.
**Your profile:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience on a similar position;
- You are fluent in English and in French;
- You hold a driving licence;
- You are diligent, well-organized and work well under pressure;
- You have good communication skills and can act proactively;
- You are team-oriented and capable of working in autonomy;
- You show great importance to confidentiality.
