**Mission description - Intervention scope**
- Reports to Head of Transfer Agency
- Key Responsibilities:

- Change Analyst Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing TA processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and risk reduction
- Gather and document requirements for change initiative
- Support TA Operations functions such as impact analysis, testing, training, and implementation/delivery of changes
- Liaise with Operations in Luxembourg and International Operations Centers to ensure change initiatives are effectively delivered.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

**Results expected / Deliverables**

The aim will be to:
