**The Role**
The **Business Development Executive **is mainly responsible for the development of the company’s portfolio through a dynamic sales strategy and increase of existing clients’ profitability. The **Business Development Executive **is also responsible for marshalling WTW resources to provide coordinated service and placement activities that meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. Responsible for ensuring relevant regulatory and technical standards are met. Leverages advanced skill set with P&C knowledge to design and consult with clients on insurance coverage and services; uses understanding of clients’ needs to expand business opportunities and further solidify client relationships. Ability to focus on delivering exceptional customer service while working in a fast paced environment with mínimal supervision. Essential duties include but are not limited to:
- Produce new business through dynamic networking and various other means of proactive prospecting
- Recognize opportunities to cross-sell
- Increasing the profitability of the client account & ensuring retention of that business over time
- Proactively & positively managing Willis Towers Watson’s business relationship with the client
- Regularly contact existing clients to ensure quality of service is being delivered
- Identify needs of existing and prospective clients through research and involvement with relevant resources
- Identification and presentation of appropriate products and services to clients
- Ensuring that client engagement, contract formation and service delivery processes are fully compliant with Group policies across all territorial, legal and regulatory domains
- Manage all client renewals through the various WTW marketing and client service teams Assist with the preparation and delivery of our value proposition on new business

Le **Business Development Executive **est principalement responsable du développement du portefeuille de la société par le biais d'une stratégie de vente dynamique et de l'augmentation de la rentabilité des clients existants. Il est également chargé de mobiliser les ressources de WTW pour fournir un service coordonné et des activités de placement qui répondent aux besoins du client en matière d'assurance et de gestion des risques. Il veille à ce que les normes réglementaires et techniques soient respectées. Il met à profit ses compétences avancées et ses connaissances en matière d'assurances multirisques pour concevoir et conseiller les clients en matière de couverture d'assurance et de services ; il utilise sa compréhension des besoins des clients pour développer les opportunités commerciales et consolider les relations avec les clients. Capacité à se concentrer sur la fourniture d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel tout en travaillant dans un environnement en évolution rapide avec une supervision mínimale. Les tâches essentielles comprennent, sans s'y limiter, ce qui suit:
- Développer de nouvelles affaires grâce à une mise en réseau dynamique et à divers autres moyens de prospection proactive
- Reconnaître les opportunités de vente croisée
- Augmenter la rentabilité du compte client et assurer la rétention de cette activité au fil du temps
- Gérer de manière proactive et positive la relation commerciale de Willis Towers Watson avec le client
- Contacter régulièrement les clients existants pour s'assurer de la qualité du service fourni
- Identifier les besoins des clients existants et potentiels par la recherche et l'implication avec les ressources pertinentes
- Identifier et présenter les produits et services appropriés aux clients
- Veiller à ce que les processus d'engagement des clients, d'établissement des contrats et de prestation des services soient pleinement conformes aux politiques du groupe dans tous les domaines territoriaux, juridiques et réglementaires
- Gérer tous les renouvellements de clients par l'intermédiaire des différentes équipes de marketing et de service à la clientèle de WTW
- Aider à la préparation et à la présentation de notre proposition de valeur pour les nouvelles affaires
