**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and curious individual with a legal background, a passion for technology and a desire to combine the two.

The role is for a Legal Intern who has a passion for legal research and artificial intelligence and who can help us bring AI to the contract review process. The intern must be comfortable working with the newest technologies to support both our internal and external clients and he/she will be at the centre of combining the worlds of AI and law.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with reviewing legal documents with the use of AI technology
- Monitor and evaluate the use of automated contract review tools and report to Legal Counsel/Project Manager
- Analyze data and document findings
- Prepare and present research results
- Participate in discussion and meetings to collaborate on projects and understand AI-assisted approaches

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate student in legal studies or related field
- Detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and technology-related legal software
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Working understanding of AI technologies and their uses (optional as full training in AI-assisted technology will be provided)
- Flexible and willing to do
