**Vos responsabilités**| Corporate - M&A - Structuration - Conseil - Transactions**

- Conseiller des clients internationaux sur des opérations de droit des sociétés et de M&A : restructurations, fusions, acquisitions, joint-ventures.
- Gérer de manière autonome des transactions complexes, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les partners du département.
- Rédiger et négocier la documentation juridique clé : contrats d’actionnaires, pactes, statuts, procès-verbaux.
- Encadrer et accompagner les collaborateurs plus juniors, en transmettant expertise et bonnes pratiques. Être un interlocuteur privilégié pour une clientèle prestigieuse, en offrant des solutions concrètes et innovantes.

- Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en droit des sociétés dans un cabinet d’avocats au Luxembourg.
- Solide expertise en M&A, restructurations et opérations transfrontalières.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais ; la connaissance de l’allemand est un atout notable.
- Capacité à gérer de manière autonome un portefeuille de dossiers exigeants.
