The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is a Research and Technology Organization (RTO) active in the fields of materials, environment and IT. **How will you contribute?**:
As a key member of the project, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that will shape the project’s success:

- **Platform design**: you will collaborate on defining the platform’s scope and mapping out the crucial data sources that will drive the analysis.
- **Data pipeline development**: you will develop an AI-driven data pipeline to extract actionable intelligence, identify recurring patterns, and detect emerging threats from diverse data sources.
- **Simulation module development**: you will design and build a simulation module to model and quantify physical damage by capturing system interdependencies and simulating cascading failures.
- Integration and prototyping: you will be responsible for integrating the various project modules into a unified platform prototype, including an intuitive visualisation module.
- **Quality assurance**: you will conduct rigorous integration testing to ensure the platform is functional, reliable, and robust.

**Education**
- PhD in Computer Science with a focus on AI and/or cybersecurity

**Experience and skills**
- 1-2 years of post-PhD research and engineering experience
- Excellent knowledge in information security, particularly in risk management
- Excellent programming skills in languages like Python, C, C++, or Java
- A proven ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- The capacity to conduct research autonomously

**Language skills**
- Fluency in English (both oral and written). Other relevant languages are considered to be an asset.
