Rolling Wireless is an international company with over 20+ years of experience in developing cellular modems and software for automotive market. We are worldwide the largest 2nd Tier supplier of cellular modems to the automotive industry.

**_
Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work :_**
- Purchasing activities for indirect good and services supporting:

- IT ( telecom, hardware, software and professional services )
- Marketing ( global events, advertising )
- Facilities ( general trades and consulting services )
- Supply Chains and Operations( inventory purchases including accessory parts and development kits)
- Monitor the supplier / vendor performance to ensure the quality of supply and service up to corporate standards,
- Adhere to the Purchasing Policy and ensure procedures are properly executed and in compliance with the company's business code of conduct,
- Identify saving opportunities and perform regular reporting of purchase expenditures and analysis,
- Purchasing system administrator,
- Purchasing system trainer.

**_ Practical skills (Know-How) :_**
- Can source supplier and negociate on contract T&Cs and costs independetly,
- Sound skills in procurement ; preferably negociation with indirect purchase experience like equipment purchasing, service purchasing etc...,
- Good sense of procurement process and supplier selection procedures,
- Familiarity with international trade terms and local tax and financial policies is a value add.

**_ Behavioral skills/ Relational skills :_**
- Personable and able to work independently,
- A team player who can co-work with cross functional team effectively and efficently
- Should be able to adapt the change & willing to take new challenges as they arise.
- Good at communication both internally and externally.

**_ Knowledge & Professionnal Experience :_**
- At least 5 years of experience in a purchasing and sourcing role,
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, JDE, RSS preferred), Outlook and MS Office with emphasis on Excel,
- Good English skill in both written and spoken,
- Good command of verbal and written communication with positive and cooperative attitudes.

**_ Required Education :_**
- Bachelor or above degree, MBA is a value add.
