In order to support the growth of our practice and its team of lawyers, we are looking for a Senior Associate with passion to deliver top-notch work
**Job description**
As part of a young, dynamic and growing team, you will:
- assist clients in the domain of investment funds, with a focus on alternative assets strategies (private equity/venture capital, private debt, infrastructure and real estate), and more generally in relation to asset management legal and regulatory matters;
- be involved in a broad range of matters relating to funds formation, on-going operations and liquidation, funds’ due diligence and secondary operations, under the supervision and guidance of a partner;
- be offered the opportunity to work on both regulatory and transactional aspects.
- You have a European law degree, ideally completed with a Master or a post-graduate degree from an EU university (LL.M.). Relevant legal experience of more than 6 years is welcome, preferably in a Luxembourg law firm.
- You are member of a European bar or envisage a European bar registration (preferably Luxembourg bar), and are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken). German would be a plus.
- You are focused on client relationship and high-quality advice, and have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
