**We are seeking a Trainee in Corporate Finance (Deal Advisory) as from April 2025**
Based in Luxembourg, this role will be working within our high performing and ambitious Deal Advisory - Corporate Finance & Strategy team. KPMG is considered the largest fully dedicated Corporate Finance team in Luxembourg, with over 40 professionals and more than 20 different nationalities. As a Trainee you would be working on a wide range of high-profile valuation, M&A and other corporate advisory projects, along with assisting with business development opportunities, ensuring these are carried out to our high-quality standards. You are expected to participate and with an execution team ranging from Trainees to Managers to deliver successful projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and analysis, leading edge insights and adding value to our clients. This role will involve exposure to prestigious clients in a broad array of sectors and geographies, leveraging our global Deal Advisory network.

**What you will be working on**:

- Assist (Senior) Advisors on a broad array of valuation, M&A and other corporate advisory project.
- Assist in the preparation of clear client reports, information memoranda and other deliverables.
- Assist in pitching to clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.
- Network, build and maintain relationships with clients and with our international network.

**What we look for**:

- We are looking for ambitious individuals with strong analytical skills who will relish the challenge of working in Deal Advisory with a focus on corporate finance projects:

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related discipline.
- You are a final year student of a Master's degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, Business or related discipline, who needs to complete an internship in order to graduate.
- You have some accounting and finance (especially core valuation concepts) knowledge.
- You demonstrate a strong interest in financial modeling and financial analysis.
- You are proactive, highly ambitious and client driven.
- You have a high level of attention to detail and you are multitasking capable.
- You display good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and are able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Fluency in English is required. French or German as a plus.
