As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. What You Will Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack (frontend & backend).
- Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs (RESTful, potentially GraphQL), and business logic.
- Design and interact with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and potentially end-to-end tests.
- Conduct thorough code reviews for peers, providing constructive feedback.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
- Actively participate in agile processes and process improvement.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
- 1-3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in core frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+) and at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).
- Good proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, C, Ruby, Go) and associated frameworks.
- Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Gitflow, PRs)
- Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration).
- Understanding of software design principles (SOLID, OOP, Design Patterns).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) - otherwise, you can obtain certifications with Kyndryl
- Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices
- Knowledge of containerization (Docke
